From Subadh Chandra Bose to Shah Faesal

Resignation from the prestigious civil services

This is not new !!!
Subhash Chandra Bose started it...

Below is the copy of Bose's resignation letter !!

I am writing this stuff if you are unable to read it.
It says

Sir,

I desire to have my name removed from the list of probationers in the Indian Civil Services.

I may state in this connection that I was selected as result of an open competitive examination held in england, 1920.

I have recieved an allowance of £100 (one hundred pounds only) up till now. I shall remit the amount to the India office as soon as my resignation is accepted.

I have the honour to be
 Sir,
your most obedient servant

Subash Chandra Bose

So you see, it started from bose and the last guy to join the bandwagon is shah faesal.
In between, from Kapil Sibal to O P Chaudhary, a lot of people have already done it.

Coming to Shah Faesal

Now let us look at Shah Faesal's statement that he wrote on Facebook

"To protest against the unabated killings in Kashmir, and lack of any sincere reach-out from the Union Government; the marginalisation and invisiblisation of around 200 million Indian Muslims at the hands of Hindutva forces reducing them to second-class citizens; insidious attacks on the special identity of the J&K State and growing culture of intolerance and hate in the mainland India in the name of hypernationalism, I have decided to resign from Indian Administrative Service."

So, I have preseented before you the first and last case(till date) of resignation from IAS.
And from these statements, you can figure out how far as a nation we have come.

Cheers !!!

Economic growth : GDP per capita is increased due to a decrease in the dependency ratio.
